Since 2017, we at El Taco have proudly served the Springfield, Michigan community with authentic Mexican cuisine rooted in our family’s traditions. Our birria tacos—slow-cooked, marinated in a special blend of spices, and paired with rich consommé—are the heart of our menu and the reason customers keep coming back. But there’s more to love.

We know our customers lead busy lives, especially workers in nearby industrial and office areas. That’s why we’ve designed a menu perfect for quick, satisfying meals without compromising quality. Our Traditional Tacos are ideal for a fast lunch break, while our hearty Birria Tacos, offer a bold twist on a classic favorite.
